Wattamondara

Wattamondara is located  92km south of Blayney, or 16.5km south of Cowra on the former Blayney - Demondrille line.

The layout in front of you is set in the mod 1960s, with locomotives and rolling stock of that period.

The structures on the layout are all prototypical and they have been scratch built from styrene, using photographs, video and NSWGR scale model drawings courtesy of Data Sheets.

The length of the layout has been selectively compressed and all the key features of the railway precinct in Wattamondara have been kept, giving you an insight to what once was a busy through station.

I believe I have faithfully caught the feel of this once busy location.
